Master defence at UMinho

It is our pleasure to announce that Iván Arias of the Herbert Ernst Wiegand Class, enrolled at the University of Minho, Braga, Portugal, concluded his two-year EMJMD-EMLex Program successfully, having defended his Master’s Dissertation, titled ‘Anotação semântica (semi)automática de corpora: a frase nominal em alemão‘, on the 18th of July 2022.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Álvaro Iriarte (UMinho) and María José Domínguez (Universidade de Santiago de Compostela), supervisors of the dissertation, and Carlos Valcárcel Riveiro (University of Vigo), external examiner, and all the EMLex teachers and fellow students who contributed to Iván’s EMLEX experience.
