if you are a member of the EMLex-consortium (e.g. in letter heads, brochures, teaching material, presentations, on websites)
if you are not a member of the EMLex-consortium: only if the logo is used on a website and links directly to the EMLex website. When using this logo, it must not evoke the impression that the website using it is part of the EMLex programme or is connected to it. In other cases only according to prior agreement.
